Refund Policy

I want you to love your pottery.

Every piece at Ellemy Pottery is handmade by me. That means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in size, shape, glaze, and color are part of what makes handmade pottery special—they're not flaws, they're part of the story.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Please contact me before sending anything back so I know it's on its way.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or I made a mistake with your order.

Once I receive and inspect the return, I'll refund your original purchase price to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged During Shipping

While I pack every piece with great care, pottery and shipping can sometimes be an unfortunate combination.If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged piece
Photos of the packaging and shipping box

I'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible, whether that's a replacement (when possible) or a refund

Handmade Means Unique

Every piece is made by hand, so no two will ever be identical. Variations in glaze movement, texture, color, and form are expected and are part of the character of handmade ceramics.

The photos on my website represent the style of each piece, but your piece will always be uniquely yours.
